Cranston Master Builder is seeking a Social Media Management Representative to join its dynamic team.

Position: Marketing Associate (Entry-Level)
Location: Edmonton, AB

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all company social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across channels.
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content including advertisements, posts, reels, and stories tailored to each platform.
  • Capture and develop original content through photography and videography, showcasing homes, showhomes, and surrounding communities for marketing purposes.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the Cranston brand, including product offerings, home styles, and target audience.
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices across all major social media platforms to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with current marketing campaigns.
  • Support lead generation efforts through digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and content optimization.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase brand awareness and online presence.
  • Plan, coordinate, and promote community events (e.g., showhome openings, launch events, local activations) to enhance brand presence and attract prospective buyers.
  • Actively engage in community events to represent the brand, capture live content, and build relationships with potential clients and local partners.
  • Leverage community involvement as a marketing tool by creating content, storytelling, and campaigns that highlight lifestyle, neighbourhood appeal, and brand values.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing monthly insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and management) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and events as needed.
