Full job description

Help reshape the future of preventative healthcare.

Every day, people are diagnosed with diseases that could have been detected earlier. At AIM Health AI, we're working to change that.

AIM Health AI is reimagining what's possible in preventative healthcare. For more than 15 years, we've been pioneers in Whole-Body MRI, helping people detect disease earlier and take a proactive approach to their health. Today, we're building on that foundation by transforming medical imaging into measurable, data-driven insights that enable the next generation of AI-powered diagnostics. And we're just getting started. As new technologies emerge, we'll continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible in preventative health.

We're looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative who wants more than a quota. Someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping create a sales function that will fuel the next stage of our growth. You'll be joining at an exciting moment, with the opportunity to make your mark on both the business and the people we serve.

The Role

This is more than a traditional sales role.

You'll be our first dedicated outbound sales hire, helping build this function from the ground up. You'll have opportunities to experiment, learn, and help shape the playbook; from outreach strategies and messaging to referral partnerships, community engagement, and follow-up processes. You'll work closely with our leadership team and have a direct impact on how we grow.

If you enjoy building something new rather than simply following an existing process, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively generate new opportunities through previous inquiries, referrals, marketing campaigns, podcasts, webinars, networking, community outreach, and other outbound initiatives.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through thoughtful follow-up and lead nurturing.
  • Own your sales pipeline by maintaining accurate CRM records, managing opportunities, scheduling follow-ups, and tracking customer interactions.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Patient Care, and Operations to improve campaigns, messaging, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously test, refine, and improve our outbound sales process as we scale.

What Success Looks Like

Success is measured through consistent execution, including outbound activity, qualified opportunities created, consultations booked, conversion rates, revenue generated, CRM quality, follow-up discipline and an exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, consultative sales, or business development.
  • A track record of proactively creating new opportunities rather than waiting for them.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence discussing healthcare topics and educating prospective patients.
  • Experience working toward measurable activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum.
  • A self-starter mindset; you don't wait to be told what to do. You identify opportunities, solve problems, and take ownership of moving work forward.
  • Strong critical thinking and sound judgment. You're comfortable making decisions, adapting your approach, and figuring things out when the path isn't perfectly defined.
  • You're a doer. You enjoy executing, taking action, and getting things done. This train is already moving, and your role is to help accelerate it.
  • A growth mindset with a genuine desire to learn, improve, and continuously raise the bar.

Healthcare experience is an asset, but it's not required. We're looking for people with curiosity, coachability, and the drive to learn.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Extended health care

Application question(s):

  • How many years of outbound sales experience do you have?
  • Have you managed your sales pipeline using a CRM system?
  • Out of your last 20 sales opportunities/leads, how many did you personally close?
