Counter Server – Fast Casual Restaurant (QSR Experience Required)

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We’re a fast-casual restaurant serving up fresh, flavorful food in a fun and energetic environment. We take pride in great service, quality ingredients, and a positive team atmosphere. We’re looking for friendly, reliable Counter Servers to join our crew!

Position Overview:
As a Counter Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant — greeting guests, taking orders, preparing food, and keeping the service area running smoothly. If you’ve worked in a quick service restaurant (QSR) and love being part of a fast-paced, team-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Roll burritos, assemble burgers, and prepare menu items to company standards.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized service and prep area.
  • Assist with restocking, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Previous QSR or fast-casual restaurant experience required.
  • Comfortable with rolling burritos, cooking burgers, and working on the line.
  • Experience operating a POS system.
  • Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
