We are looking for a designer, that loves the challenge of taking your love of what’s trending in colour and design, to shape fresh visual ideas, and execute them with a high-level of technical skill.
The candidate must know design software well and can deliver quality work with speed and efficiency. They must be able take initiative and can work independently, as well as working efficiently in a team environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team to develop concepts for products/logos/packaging.
  • Adapt and/or adjust supplied artwork to production-ready specs.
  • Work within a variety of styles and formats, including package design, product design, PPT presentations, catalogues, planograms, flyers, image photography and website assets.
  • Creating videos/animations and editing them to upload onto YouTube channel
  • Work on time-sensitive projects with the ability to multi-task; meeting all deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of both Mac and PC.

Education and qualifications:

  • 1+ years of work experience as production artist, graphic designer or a similar role.
  • Graduate of a recognized graphics/visual design program.
  • A strong portfolio, demonstrating a variety of skill sets.
  • A strong knowledge of production art, graphic design fundamentals and creative process.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge of 3D modelling is an asset.
  • A solid understanding of the retail world would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational/planning skills, with the ability to manage workload issues and prioritize project needs.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and efficient.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity.
  • Action-oriented and a self-starter who is reliable, full of energy, and enjoys challenges.
  • Must be reliable and willing to put in extra time as required to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
