This is a hands-on, technical role ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the product, the equipment, and the team. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the success of our bottling, canning, and packaging operations—keeping lines running safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work alongside a stable, experienced leadership team in a supportive, positive environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
We offer competitive total compensation, on-the-job training and development, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with an industry leader.

  • Inspect packaging materials and finished goods to ensure quality and appearance standards are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Perform routine inventory counts and assist with tracking packaging materials
Technical & Equipment Operation
  • Complete line setups, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns across bottling, canning, and packaging lines
  • Perform hot water and chemical sanitization of fillers, filter housings, and rinsers
  • Monitor line performance and quality; make PLC inputs and mechanical adjustments to optimize output
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Support maintenance during scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns
  • Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of bottling and packaging areas
Leadership & Team Support
  • Coordinate line activities to meet production schedules through clear, frequent communication
  • Act as Packaging Lead, supporting daily production flow and troubleshooting issues
  • Train, mentor, and support other team members
  • Participate in qualification programs and continuous improvement initiatives
Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Follow and promote safe work practices at all times
  • Report hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly
  • Adhere to SOPs, GMPs, and quality standards
  • Support HACCP programs and food safety controls
  • Participate in internal and external audits, including preparation and corrective actions
What experience, skills and knowledge this teammate will bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience (or equivalent training) in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience in bottling, canning, packaging, millwright, refrigeration, or production line operations ideal
  • Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of safe equipment operation
  • Experience with packaging quality standards and inspections
  • Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems (audit experience is an asset)
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is an asset
