Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure safety within the facility.
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to identify potential security risks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse individuals.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Must be physically fit to perform patrols and respond quickly in emergencies.
• A valid security guard license may be required based on local regulations.
