Tug 6 Craft Coffee Roasters is a family owned, second generation B.C. business celebrating 52 years of dedication to the specialty coffee industry.

We are looking to add a full time permanent Business Development |Customer Service-position to our Tug 6 operations team. Duties of this position include but not limited to:

· Assist our Operations team with customer service deliveries in a timely and efficient manner. Area of delivery - Osoyoos to Kamloops in 4 season driving condition

· Assist our sales team with developing and following up leads as requested

· Support our sales team with customer retention activities

· Loading vehicle in morning and unloading at night - able to lift 30 lb cases through out the day

· Completing paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

· Commitment to developing a good knowledge of all products and services provided

· Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times

· Responsible for ensuring customer needs are handled with respect and integrity

· Communication: Reporting all special requests, customer concerns, maintenance issues, product changes, etc. to head office immediately

Those candidates who can prove they have the following skills will be interviewed quickly;

· Clean drivers abstract

· Experience with Driving vans

· Customer service and/or previous coffee experience

· Computer skills – both mobile and desktop

· Collaborate well in a team environment

· Organized and efficient

· Bondable

· Self-sufficient, motivated and reliable

· Ability to come up with solutions to solve problems

The successful candidate will receive a wholesome training program, competitive wages and will be provided with benefits, following the 6 month probation period.

Industry competitive wage to start with a benefits package after 6 months of employment

Experience:

• sales experience: 1 year (preferred)
• coffee experience: 1 year plus (preferred)

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
