Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and assisting in team leadership. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide excellent customer service and guest support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support staff in delivering high-quality guest experiences, including coordinating service delivery and maintaining standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold company policies, service standards, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work environment at all times.
  • Support in managing reservations, guest requests, and special accommodations as needed.
  • Contribute to staff scheduling and inventory management to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
