Warehouse Worker

PDI Bulk is looking for a Warehouse Worker in Guelph, ON!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general warehouse duties, including preparing orders, receiving, stocking, packaging.
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures
  • Complete customer orders in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Perform inventory management functions such as stock replenishments and product movements.
  • Load, unload, transport, and store materials or products; using powered equipment.
  • Construct storage containers, pack goods to be shipped and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned by Manager, Supervisor or Lead-hand.
  • May cross train within Wash Bay and or Yard Loader positions
  • Experience with shipping and receiving an asset.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Detail oriented, good organization skills
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. while regularly walking and standing for the duration of the shift.

Working Conditions:

  • Regularly exposed to moderate to extreme cold conditions in a warehouse setting and may be subject to moderate noise levels.
  • Structured work; may include the occasional or weekend.
