We are currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to become a key part of our Aldergrove, BC team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling
  • Coordinate logistics for shipments, truck deliveries and conventions
  • Manage and track deliveries and communicate with the drivers
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing system
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members in a professional manner
  • Prepare reports and update records as needed
  • Help ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately and on time

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Comfortable meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A true team player with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in logistics or administrative roles is an asset
  • Fast-paced work environment
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
