Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and delivering excellent food service to our guests. This role requires a passion for food preparation, strong cooking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook grilled items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Handle food with proper safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist in meal preparation and food presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
  • Ensure all food handling complies with health regulations and safety guidelines
  • Serve customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent food service
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages
  • Follow all restaurant policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic knowledge of meal preparation and food industry operations
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting moderate loads

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$26.03 per hour
