Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
· Daily office entries
· Managing labour costs through effective floor management
· Placing orders controlling food & paper costs
· Positive work environment through leadership and example
· Resolving Guest issues
· Experience - Minimum 1-year experience in the quick-service restaurant industry as a manager
