JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a great opportunity for hands-on experience working on various size projects in egg farming. Everything from installing fence to assembling large scale components of modern egg production barns.
Position Title: Sustainability Co-op placement

Term: 8 month Co-op Placement - September 2026 - April 2027

Reports to: Director, Sustainability

Salary Range: $21.00/hour

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Management
- Collect, enter, and manage environmental data (e.g., energy, waste, water) using software tools.
- Track progress on sustainability goals and maintain accurate records for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare basic reports and summaries to support sustainability tracking and decision-making.
- Collect and consolidate relevant data from internal systems to support customer reporting needs and audits.
Research & Reporting
- Conduct research on sustainability topics and summarize findings.
- Assist with implementing initiatives and collecting information for the annual Sustainability Report.
- Support the preparation of internal and external communication materials.
Employee & Community Engagement
- Help organize and participate in employee volunteer and community investment activities.
- Track donations, volunteer hours, and contribute ideas during team meetings to enhance sustainability efforts.
Project & Administrative Support
- Provide coordination and administrative support for sustainability projects and the Director of Sustainability.
- Maintain organized digital files and update content on SharePoint.
- Perform other duties as assigned
