What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Greenhouse Juice Co.?
Emphasis on customer service and ability to resolve conflict on a retail level, because customers will scream at you because of something out of your control (delivery, head office, inconsistencies between retail stores) Be adamant on your hours and what you’re willing to do and not do, because you’ll find yourself with a 9 day schedule with no day off in between if you’re not :)
Informal and easy. Quick and not intimidating! Needless to say they need to have a more rigorous process.
Read the website! Greenhouse likes to hire people who understand their product and what they are offering.
