A typical residence or ‘program’ includes between two to four clients who are supported by direct support workers. (We also support clients who are living independently or in family homes.) Staff to client ratios vary based on client needs; most of our clients receive supervision and support 24 hours a day 7 days a week. As such, most of our programs are considered continuous operations.

Utilizing problem-solving skills to work collaboratively within a team and with families.
Completing all required electronic documentation and reports, accurately and within set time frames.
Applying behavior techniques and interventions.
Making careful and accurate observations of supported individuals, completing written assessments and reports throughout shifts.
