Job Summary

Let's be honest—swimsuit shopping can be tough. That's exactly why we need you.

We're looking for a fun, outgoing Fit Experts to join our team and completely transform how women experience swimwear. You'll create a warm, welcoming vibe where guests feel at home the moment they walk in. Through styling expertise, genuine connection, and a little humour, you'll help them find their perfect fit and fall in love with our brand. You get excited about great products, love when the energy is high, and nothing makes you happier than building connections that turn first-time shoppers into regulars. You'll be part stylist, part hype person, part community builder. If this sounds like your vibe, let's talk.

Core Responsibilities

  • Exceptional Customer Experience: You provide an engaging, warm and authentic guest experience by greeting and educating guests on the brand and our product. You foster lasting guest relationships creating an environment they want to come back to again and again.
  • Brand & Product Expertise: You have a deep understanding of our brand and product from fit, fabric and function to colour, style and size that allows you to make the best recommendations to guests.
  • Fit Sessions: You are a fit and style expert for try-on sessions and private parties. You create a welcoming environment on the shop floor and in the fitting rooms for guests to try on swimwear and apparel.
  • Visual Merchandising: You ensure inventory and visual merchandising standards are maintained for a premium and organized store experience.
  • Operations: You execute daily in-store operational tasks, including processing sales, restocking, cleaning, etc. You work in partnership with the retail store manager and key holder to ensure company policies and procedures are in alignment.
  • Continuous Learning: You give and receive feedback and share openly as an opportunity to grow.
  • Community Activations: You support hosting community events for guests to experience the brand IRL.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous retail and guest services experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Shopify POS preferred
  • Strong curiosity and general interest in understanding guest needs
  • Ability to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Naturally connects with people in a relatable way
  • Loves being in, on and around water
  • Creates a fun and welcoming environment
  • Always up for adventure

Eligibility

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located

Location: West Vancouver, BC (V7T 0B5)
Term: mid-July until the end of September or October
Hourly Salary band: $18.75 - $20.00 CAD
Availability: Full time & Part time, must be available weekends, evenings and holidays (this is a seasonal position with both full-time and part-time positions available)

Pay: $18.75-$20.00 per hour
