  • Coordinate shipments, provide timely updates and notifications to air export customers, and assist the sales team with rate negotiations and service quotations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly reports as required by management and clients, while continuing to support sales activities such as rate and quote negotiations.
  • Assist departmental leadership in maintaining and adhering to company ISO policies and standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall terminal and departmental objectives.
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems, ensuring all shipment details are properly entered and updated in the system to support accurate billing.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company ISO policies and procedures.
  • Engage in meetings and initiatives aligned with overall terminal goals and performance expectations.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices at all times.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or activities to Management and/or Human Resources promptly.
  • Provide cross-functional support, including backup coverage and training within the department during peak periods, vacations, or unexpected absences.

What You Bring

  • Formal Academic Training in related field of study from two-year college or technical school; or 2 to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondences.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.

Compensation: Salary range starting from $50,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and contribution.
