  • Arrange travel, prepare and reconcile expense reports, and provide day-to-day administrative support.
  • Prepare, edit, and format key documents, including Board materials, regulatory filings, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the SVP, Chief Actuary, internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support reporting, project tracking, KPI monitoring, system access management, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Lead event coordination and champion technology adoption and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and executive calendar management tools. Familiarity with financial/actuarial terminology is a significant asset.
  • Proven ability to handle highly sensitive financial, regulatory, and organizational data with integrity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when proofreading reports containing financial figures and data models.
  • Ability to anticipate the SVP, Chief Actuary’s needs, identify potential scheduling or project conflicts, and resolve them independently.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with board members, executives, and external regulators.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. You’re a superior planner, organizer and coordinator.
  • Self-starter that works well independently with minimal direct supervision
