What would you suggest Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres management do to prevent others from leaving?
Instead of hiring and firing so often, maybe have some quality training sessions prior to starting any role. Set better guidelines for hiring processes. Work on job security measures based on skill level and not whether or not they are liked. Management needs to be more professional in regards to how they speak to or treat employees. Executive Director always seems grouchy.
