Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office operations to ensure a smooth workflow. This role requires proficiency in various office software and strong communication skills to effectively handle front desk responsibilities and administrative duties.
Duties
- Daily customer invoicing
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Maintaining internal spreadsheets and tracking systems
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and vendors
- Working closely with the Office Manager to support day-to-day operations
- Assisting with office organization and administrative projects
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with QuickBooks is considered an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
