Full job description

Borger Group of Companies is currently looking for a Maintenance CCTV Video Reviewer & Dispatcher to assist and support a wide range of maintenance projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for reviewing CCTV Video, assisting with dispatching operations, and supporting overall project coordination. A team member in this role needs to be flexible and needs to adapt to a fluid environment.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid work environment. A willingness to learn and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

The goal will be to ensure CCTV video is reviewed efficiently and in a timely manner, assist with dispatching operations as required, and ensure all related documentation, methodologies, and reports are completed according to requirements and submission timelines.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Borger’s Maintenance Manager and Video Consultant.

· Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.

· Review CCTV Video accurately and efficiently.

· Assist with dispatching and coordination of crews as required.

· Support the maintenance team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

· Ensure adherence and filing to all health and safety documentation and report any issues.

Requirements

· Good knowledge of MS Office any additional software training will be provided for Riskcast, Vizzn and other software as needed.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel programs in an asset.

· Ability to work independently yet achieve goals as a team member

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Flexible team player willing to assist where needed to ensure things are completed on time.

· Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills.

· Knowledge of reading drawings and plans.

· Knowledge in Bluebeam software is considered an added benefit.

· PACP (NASSCO) certification is an added benefit.
