About the Role:

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute amazing food for events, ensuring flavours and presentation in line with company standards.
  • Maintain and work in clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen space to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including food handling, and storage.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, ensuring each guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
  • Ensure all food for catering events is carefully packed, labeled, and organized to maintain quality during safe transport, while verifying that every menu item is complete and accounted for before departure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a catering, restaurant, or event setting.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for innovation and excellence.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
