About Grover Logistics

Grover Logistics is a growing delivery service provider specializing in reliable, efficient, and professional last-mile package delivery. We work with established delivery networks to ensure packages reach customers safely and on time.

We are looking for motivated, responsible, and hardworking Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. If you enjoy working independently, managing your own route, and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time.
  • Handle daily delivery volumes of approximately 150–200 packages per route, depending on route availability.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and use GPS or delivery applications.
  • Scan packages and update delivery statuses using a smartphone.
  • Handle packages carefully and follow all delivery procedures.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and the dispatch team.
  • Ensure packages are delivered to the correct addresses.
  • Follow traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices.
  • Keep your vehicle clean, reliable, and suitable for package delivery.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's licence for the province of British Columbia
  • Reliable vehicle suitable for package delivery, unless a company vehicle is provided for the assigned route.
  • A valid driver's abstract and acceptable driving record.
  • Smartphone with reliable internet access.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages as required.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes efficiently.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Previous delivery or courier experience is an asset but not mandatory.
