In this role you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across an assigned category portfolio within a defined customer channel. As part of a dedicated channel team, this role leads business planning, trade marketing execution, portfolio management, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Brand, and Category teams. What You Will Get To Do

  • Own sales, margin, trade spend, and operating income for an assigned category portfolio
  • Build annual and multi-year customer and channel business plans
  • Manage portfolio performance across assortment, SKU mix, launches, and lifecycle decisions
  • Lead trade marketing plans, promotions, merchandising programs, and post-event analysis
  • Develop financial models and simulations to assess pricing, promotions, and investment choices
  • Translate business results into clear recommendations through reviews, forecasts, and planning updates
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Brand, and Category teams to align plans and

execution

  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and service-level analysis to improve business

performance

  • Lead customer-specific execution of launches, line reviews, and channel initiatives
  • Build customer-facing presentations and selling stories grounded in insight and financial analysis
  • Monitor market, customer, and competitive trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Ensure strong communication and execution across internal and external stakeholders

Who You Are

  • College or University graduate, preferably with Business or Marketing background
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in channel management, trade marketing, category management, or sales planning
  • Strong financial literacy with experience in forecasting, trade spend, margin analysis, and business cases
  • Ability to build and interpret financial models and business simulations
  • Experience managing promotions, merchandising programs, and trade marketing investments
  • Strong portfolio management skills across assortment, SKU management, and launch execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment across multiple functions
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
