JOIN A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS AND WORK IN A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT!

Based in Montreal and reporting to the Marketing and Communications Project Manager, the Real Estate Marketing Specialist will play a key role in promoting and enhancing the value of Groupe MACH’s office real estate portfolio. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Building Signage, Wayfinding and Property Branding
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee signage and display projects across the office portfolio (exterior signage, directories, wayfinding systems, parking signage, vacant space signage, window displays, etc.);
  • Collaborate with property managers, suppliers, and municipalities to ensure project compliance and successful implementation;
  • Ensure brand standards and quality requirements are maintained across the entire portfolio.
Real Estate Marketing and Leasing Support
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans for office properties and available leasing opportunities;
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, sales tools, and digital campaigns;
  • Maintain and update websites and digital platforms;
  • Support lead generation initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Project Coordination
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and in line with established objectives;
  • Coordinate external vendors and internal stakeholders;
  • Create basic visual materials and presentations using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software.
Tenant Experience and Relationship Marketing
  • Develop and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing the tenant experience and strengthening the image of our properties;
  • Organize and promote tenant events, seasonal activations, loyalty programs, and engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Events Coordinator;
  • Coordinate tenant communications, including newsletters, informational campaigns, and promotional materials;
  • Work closely with property management teams to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate, specifically within the office building sector;
  • Experience managing signage, wayfinding, and customer experience-related property enhancement projects;
  • Strong understanding of property management operations and leasing-related challenges;
  • Excellent aesthetic sense and strong attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Canva and the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (a significant asset);
  • Strong visual design sensibility and attention to branding and presentation quality;
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools used in marketing (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar) to enhance productivity, content creation, research, and project management;
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
