Purpose
CIAM Regulatory, Audit and Issue Management helps protect our customers and the Bank by ensuring regulatory expectations, audit requirements, and identified risks are addressed in a timely, consistent, and sustainable way.

People
You’ll work closely with CIAM Product and Technology teams, Governance & Control partners / Risk Marketplace (1B), Internal Audit, Governance partners, and business stakeholders across the enterprise.

Presence
Our work supports customer identity, authentication, and fraud risk management across multiple platforms, lines of business, and regulatory environments.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regulatory examinations, respond to information requests, and track regulatory actions through to closure.

  • Support internal and external audits by coordinating walkthroughs, evidence collection, management responses, and follow‑ups.

  • Manage the lifecycle of CIAM issues from identification and root cause analysis through remediation, validation, and closure in line with enterprise standards.

  • Build and maintain remediation plans in partnership with Product, Technology, and Governance stakeholders.

  • Prepare clear and accurate reporting for leadership and governance forums, highlighting risks, dependencies, and progress.

  • Partner with Product Owners, Technology and Engineering teams, and governance partners to ensure remediation efforts remain on track and sustainable.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting audit, regulatory, risk, or issue management in a regulated environment

  • Experience coordinating audit or regulatory activities end‑to‑end

  • Solid understanding of risk, controls, and governance practices

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple actions, owners, and deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of updates to Executive Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, technology risk, or identity / access management domains

  • Familiarity with enterprise issue management or risk tracking tools

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
