Full job description

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and personable Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, provides exceptional customer service, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, and other treatments offered by the salon/spa
  • Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend appropriate services and products
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene at all times
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations for skincare products and at-home routines
  • Create a comfortable, professional, and welcoming environment for clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
  • Ensure treatment rooms and work areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Stay up to date with current skincare, beauty, and aesthetic trends
  • Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings
  • Follow all salon/spa policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive workplace environment

Qualifications

  • Aesthetician/Esthetician certification or relevant training
  • Previous experience in a salon, spa, or aesthetic environment is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, and professional treatments
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping clients feel confident
