Wescast is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Work Team Leader for our North American Business Unit located in Stratford, Ontario.

Reporting to the Operations Leader for the Stratford facility. This position will be responsible for providing leadership to maintenance team members; assigning maintenance tasks, assessing priorities, arranging and assigning resources, preparing and controlling budgets, ensuring compliance to processes ;procedures. Maintaining records in Plex System. Adhering to legislative requirements per ; OHSA ; ISO 14001:2015; IATF16949:2016

Minimum Requirements:

· Post-secondary education in a related discipline, Electrical or Millwright license.

· 3 -5 years of related experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and procedures

· Demonstrated leadership skills including facilitation, coaching, training and conflict resolution

· Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills

· Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

· Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office
