Investment Banking - Back Office Processing Administration
Banking Operations Associate
6 months+
$22-23/hour
Onsite Downtown Toronto

Our client, a prominent investment banking firm located in downtown Toronto, is seeking processing associates to assist various teams within their wealth management department. If you have previous banking operations experience or you are a recent graduate of Commerce, Finance or Economics, this could be a great opportunity for you! The role is Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm onsite near Toronto's Union Station..


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of banking principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of investment income types (e.g., dividends, capital gains, interest).
  • Familiarity with investment terminology such as Adjusted Cost Base and Return of Capital.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Must pass a criminal and credit background check.
