What This Role Is About We are adding a full-time, Sales and Customer Service Representative to our Mississauga team. This position puts you directly in front of customers at retail locations and promotional events, where your job is to listen, inform, and help people find the right product or service for their needs. If you're someone who enjoys real conversations, thrives in active environments, and takes pride in doing good work, this role is a strong fit.

Day to Day You Will:

  • Meet and engage with customers at retail locations and live promotional events
  • Ask the right questions to understand what customers are looking for
  • Walk customers through available products, services, and current offers
  • Assist with the purchase or enrolment process from start to finish
  • Keep organized records of interactions and daily sales activity
  • Work alongside your team to deliver consistent results across campaigns
  • Build and maintain solid product knowledge as campaigns evolve
  • Join weekly team meetings and participate in ongoing skills training
