Assistant Market Centre Administrator

Keller Williams Capital Realty | Fredericton, NB

Full-time, permanent | $47,500 to $62,500 annually | Health and dental benefits | Anticipated start: August 2026

We are looking for an Assistant Market Centre Administrator to work alongside our Market Centre Administrator (MCA), taking ownership of the day to day financial and office administration that our REALTORS® depend on.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one, in a workplace built on training, growth, and genuinely liking the people you work with.

What You Will Be Doing

Financial administration (the heart of the role)

  • Processing agent commission payments accurately and on time.
  • Entering and processing trust deposits with precision.
  • Completing bank reconciliations on schedule and without surprises.
  • Supporting brokerage compliance and financial record keeping.

Office administration

  • Providing administrative support to leadership and our REALTORS®.
  • Answering incoming calls and welcoming everyone who walks through our doors.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Keeping office files and documentation organized and audit-ready.
  • Coordinating office projects and administrative initiatives.

What You Bring

Required

  • Three or more years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Close attention to detail, especially with numbers.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping any.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A customer service mindset and the discretion to handle confidential information.

Considered a strong asset

  • Bookkeeping experience and general accounting knowledge.
  • Previous real estate or brokerage administration experience.
  • Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software.
