Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling job activities to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize management systems to schedule and dispatch staff
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and internal teams
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with related logistics such as lodging and supplies required

Skills:
- Proficiency in computer data management systems, data entry and typing accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of logistics processes and high level of organization
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, trouble shoot and handle high stress environments

10 days on 4 days off rotation consisting of 7 days of 24/7 on call and 3 off call office days with cross shift.

To be performed in office during regular business hours with weekend option to work from home and report to office as needed.

Knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry, and/or dispatch experience is considered an asset when applying but we are willing to train the right individual!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
