Step Into Security - Make an Impact

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Alarm Responder to join our safety and security team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for promptly responding to emergency alarms, coordinating emergency management efforts, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, exceptional crisis management skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in maintaining a secure environment through proactive emergency response and management.

Job Duties:

  • Respond quickly to emergency alarm activations.
  • Assess the situation upon arrival.
  • Take appropriate action based on the incident.
  • Coordinate with emergency responders and site personnel.
  • Lead and assist during emergency situations.
  • Communicate updates to management and emergency services.
  • Monitor alarm systems for potential issues.
  • Report hazards or system malfunctions.
  • Complete accurate incident reports.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License (Required).
  • Valid Full G Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract (Required).
  • Full availability to work, including weekends and holidays.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to write clear, concise reports.
  • Standard First Aid & Level "C" CPR certification is a strong asset.
  • Proven leadership experience in emergency management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of emergency response protocols, safety regulations, and crisis management techniques.
