About Rugged Edge Holdings Ltd.

Rugged Edge Holdings Ltd. is a trusted provider of logistics and operational support services for the mining and exploration industry. We specialize in remote site management, including camp operations, workforce logistics, and health & safety support.

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious OFA Level 3 professional to join our camp operations team. This role is responsible for providing primary first aid in remote camp settings and supporting overall camp safety operations.Key Responsibilities:

· Provide OFA Level 3 emergency medical response and on-site first aid as needed

· Maintain first aid supplies and equipment in compliance with regulations

· Lead daily safety meetings or toolbox talks related to camp operations

· Support general camp safety and health initiatives

· Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding safety concerns, schedules, and reporting incidents

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Valid Occupational First Aid Level 3 (Advance First Aid) certification (or equivalent)

· Experience providing first aid in remote or industrial settings preferred

· Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures

· Capable of working long shifts in camp environments

· Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a small, multi-functional team

· Valid Class 5 driver’s license preferred but not required

Work Conditions:

· Rotational work schedule at remote camp locations

· Shared accommodations and all meals provided while on site

· Work involves long shifts, physical tasks, and potential emergency medical response

· Must be comfortable living and working in close quarters with a small team
