Join Our Emergency Team.
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a role that challenges you, grows your skills, and surrounds you with a team that thrives on collaboration? Our tertiary care Level I Emergency Department offers exactly that, and so much more.
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our department is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever alike. You'll care for a remarkably diverse patient population, moving seamlessly between adult and pediatric emergencies, complex medical presentations, and high-acuity trauma and transplant cases. This is a place for nurses who want to make a difference and embrace the unexpected.
As an RN in our state-of-the-art facility, you’ll use advanced technology, including an electronic patient tracking system, as you assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients across the full spectrum of emergency needs. Decisions are made together, in a strong, supportive, multidisciplinary team where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.
Depending on patient flow and departmental needs, you may work in any area of the Emergency Department, giving you exposure to highly specialized, skill-building experiences.
Working with us means stepping into a role that is meaningful, challenging, and deeply rewarding. You’ll end each shift knowing you contributed to our mission to provide a patient-focused, quality health system that is accessible and sustainable for all Albertans.
Here, your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your impact is felt every day.
Apply now and join a team committed to caring for Albertans at their most critical moments.

You will play a leadership role in supporting an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion and maintenance. You will provide safe, quality patient and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS.
