Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service/Repair Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate over-the-road repair and maintenance activities for refrigeration and temperature-controlled equipment, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your energetic approach will help streamline operations, facilitate communication between technicians and clients, and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, either Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday. This is a fully in-person role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone traffic for the service department.
  • Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers.
  • Create and schedule all mobile service and emergency service jobs appropriately.
  • Coordinate and direct Road Service Technicians.
  • Prepare work orders and quotes as required.
  • Assist with parts requests and orders.
  • Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed by Road Service Technicians at any given time.
  • Follow up on jobs internally; coordinating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient turnaround times and/or with Sales regarding scheduling.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a service coordination or repair support role within the transportation or refrigeration industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Extremely detailed and well-organized individual.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear phone etiquette.
  • Ability to adapt in high pressure situations.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills, with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • This role may require availability for overtime during busy periods.

Expected Salary Range: between $55,000-$63,000k, dependent on experience.

The above salary range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and proven experience. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

This role includes competitive compensation and eligible benefits (medical, dental, vision) after completing your probationary period of (3) months of active employment.
