The successful candidate will contribute to and execute geotechnical investigations, assessments, analyses, and design assignments involving foundations, retaining structures, embankments, earthworks, tunnels, excavations, dams, tailings facilities, marine works, and groundwater systems. Plan and coordinate field investigation programs; interpret soil, rock, groundwater, laboratory, and instrumentation data; and develop geotechnical design parameters and engineering recommendations. Perform geotechnical analyses including slope stability, seepage, settlement, dewatering, seismic, liquefaction, and soil-structure interaction assessments using industry-standard software such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, and Rocscience. Prepare technical reports, design memoranda, engineering calculations, specifications, and construction support documentation while contributing to quality assurance reviews, risk assessments, proposal development, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, client coordination, and mentoring of junior staff. Provide construction-phase support and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

- 5-10 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario or eligibility to obtain registration.
- Experience in geotechnical investigations, design, numerical modelling, technical reporting, and construction support.
