Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and reliable. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Duties

  • Greet Patients
  • Answer telephone calls and book appointments
  • Check out Patient's, Collect balance
  • Dental insurance breakdowns
  • Check text messages, emails
  • Send Patient referrals
  • Recalls

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for patients.
  • Proficient in using Cleardent or similar dental practice management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
  • Fulfilling part-time career as a Dental Receptionist
