Element Elevators Inc. is growing! We are currently seeking EDM-A licensed elevator mechanics to join our exceptional team across all departments, including modernization, service, and maintenance. Job Description

As an EDM-A Licensed Elevator Mechanic at Element Elevators Inc., you will be responsible for:

  • Modernization:
  • Installing, upgrading, and commissioning elevator systems and components
  • Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely and efficient project completion
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Service & Maintenance:
  • Performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic elevator issues
  • Ensuring all work meets TSSA and company safety standards
  • Completing all documentation and reports with accuracy and professionalism
  • Providing outstanding customer service while onsite

Who You Are:

  • EDM-A License (Ontario): Required
  • Located in the GTA: Candidates must reside within the Greater Toronto Area
  • Experience: Proven field experience as an elevator mechanic (references preferred)
  • Professional & Reliable: Strong work ethic, team player, excellent communication skills
