Content Creator & Video Editor with AI Expertise

Varsa Windows and Doors, South Surrey, BC. Full-time, in-office.
Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 depending on experience

Varsa Windows and Doors is a premium European aluminum window and door company serving Western Canada since 2006. We supply high-end residential and commercial projects across BC, and we're investing heavily in content and digital marketing.

This is an early-career role for a creative, tech-forward person who wants to build a brand's content engine from the ground up, not maintain someone else's.

What you'll do:

· Shoot and edit short-form video content for Instagram, Meta, and YouTube (project features, installs, behind-the-scenes, team content)

· Use AI tools to speed up and elevate content production, including editing, scripting, voiceover, image generation, and repurposing content across platforms

· Support our marketing lead with campaign assets, ads, and creative for paid social

· Help build a consistent content pipeline so we're publishing regularly, not occasionally

· Bring ideas. If you see a smarter or faster way to create content with AI, we want to hear it

What we're looking for:

· Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar)

· Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar) and genuine enthusiasm for what's coming next

· An eye for what performs on social media, especially short-form video

· Comfortable filming on job sites and in our showroom

· Organized, self-directed, and able to turn content around quickly

· Portfolio or reel required. Show us what you've made

· Experience in construction, home improvement, or luxury brands

· Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)

· Photography experience
