Exploits Valley Air Services Ltd. (EVAS Air) is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Records

Clerk to support our aviation maintenance and technical records functions in Gander,

Newfoundland and Labrador. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Quality

Assurance Manager (QAM).

Based at our Gander facility, EVAS Air provides aviation services across Atlantic Canada,

including aircraft charter, cargo transport, air ambulance support, aircraft leasing,

maintenance, repair and overhaul, and specialized aerospace services. This role is an

important part of maintaining accurate aircraft records, supporting maintenance planning,

and ensuring documentation is complete, organized, and readily available for operational

and regulatory needs

Essential Responsibilities

  • Report to and support the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) in maintaining accurate,

complete, and audit-ready technical records

  • Update and maintain the company’s computer-based aircraft tracking and technical

records systems

  • Ensure serialized aviation parts and components are accurately tracked, recorded, filed,

and stored for future reference

  • Cross-reference aircraft utilization, daily hours, cycles, and maintenance requirements to

support weekly maintenance forecasting

  • Produce technical records and maintenance reports for the maintenance office, Quality

Assurance Manager, Production Manager, Director of Maintenance, and other operational

leaders

  • Update and maintain aircraft technical logbooks, binders, and associated printouts
  • Process completed job cards, including installations, removals, inspection compliance

entries, resets, and related component records

  • Review incoming maintenance and technical documents from bases, sub-bases,

vendors, and internal departments; process and file them accurately

  • Support ongoing records accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with company

procedures and applicable aviation requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative, accounting, aviation records, or

maintenance support role

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and related data-entry

tools

  • High-volume data entry experience with strong accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent record-keeping, filing, and document-control skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete

information

  • Ability to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced

aviation environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, operations, quality assurance, and

management teams

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
