If you were in charge, what would you do to make ClaimsPro LP a better place to work?
They should honestly question the reason why so many people have left the Barrie office. Surely they can't continue to assume that everyone either retired or obtained a better more lucrative position somewhere else. Take a long hard look at this manager.

Employee engagement surveys provide little value as your senior management team do not learn or listen to feedback.
Paid continuing education yes but as a young employee I would like more perks such as tickets to games or buy and sell vacation day
