Full job description
Grow Your Practice With an Established Calgary Clinic Group
Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness is expanding to West Springs, and we are looking for an experienced Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our newest Calgary location as an independent contractor.
With two established Calgary clinics and our new West Springs location opening soon, Evolve offers the opportunity to build and grow your naturopathic practice within an established multidisciplinary clinic group - without taking on the overhead, staffing, administration, marketing, and operational responsibilities of running a clinic independently.
This opportunity is particularly well suited to a Naturopathic Doctor who has developed strong clinical skills, professional referral relationships, or an existing patient following and is looking for a modern, professionally managed environment in which to continue growing.
Our new clinic is located in West Springs in southwest Calgary, making this an especially attractive opportunity for practitioners who live nearby or already have professional connections within Calgary's west and southwest communities.
Why Join Evolve?
- Join an established and expanding Calgary clinic group
- Practice from a brand-new West Springs clinic
- Opportunity to establish yourself as a key Naturopathic Doctor at a new location
- Competitive percentage-based compensation
- Experienced front desk and administrative support
- Clinic marketing and business-development support
- Strong potential for internal multidisciplinary referrals
- Collaborative healthcare environment
- Flexible practitioner scheduling
- Autonomy in managing and developing your naturopathic practice
- Modern, professionally designed treatment environment
- Established clinic systems already in place
- No responsibility for clinic staffing, rent, facility operations, or day-to-day administration
- Opportunity to grow alongside an expanding organization
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and patient-focused Naturopathic Doctor who wants to build a strong long-term practice at our newest West Springs location.
The successful practitioner will operate as an independent contractor while benefiting from the infrastructure, administration, marketing, clinic systems, and multidisciplinary environment of Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness.
We are particularly interested in Naturopathic Doctors who enjoy working with a broad range of patients and take an evidence-informed, individualized approach to naturopathic care.
Clinical interests may include:
- Digestive and gastrointestinal health
- Hormonal and metabolic health
- Women's health
- Men's health

- Nutrition and lifestyle medicine
- Sports health and recovery
- Musculoskeletal and inflammatory concerns
- Preventative and wellness-focused care
- Healthy aging and optimization
- Nutritional supplementation
- Acupuncture, where appropriately trained and authorized
- IV nutrient therapy and naturopathic injection therapies, where appropriately trained and authorized
The ideal practitioner will have strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and an interest in collaborating with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners when appropriate
- Maintain all required registration, practice permits, liability insurance, continuing competence, and professional requirements
- Maintain professional and ethical standards appropriate to naturopathic practice in Alberta
- Perform restricted activities only where appropriately trained and authorized
- Actively develop and grow your naturopathic practice

Both substantial part-time and full-time practice schedules may be accommodated.
Build Your Practice Without Starting From Scratch
Building a successful naturopathic practice takes more than providing excellent clinical care. It requires strong patient relationships, professional referrals, administration, marketing, reliable clinic systems, and a professional environment patients want to return to.
At Evolve, you can take advantage of the growth opportunity of our new West Springs location while benefiting from the systems, reputation, administrative infrastructure, marketing experience, and multidisciplinary network of an established Calgary clinic group.
For the right Naturopathic Doctor, this is an opportunity to become an important part of our West Springs clinic from the beginning and build a substantial long-term practice within one of Calgary's established southwest communities.
We are looking for someone who wants more than simply an office to practice from. We want a practitioner who takes pride in their work, values strong patient relationships, enjoys collaborative healthcare, and is interested in becoming an important part of the clinic and surrounding community.
If you are considering your next practice opportunity, we would be pleased to speak with you confidentially.
Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction outlining your clinical background, treatment approach, additional training or restricted-activity authorizations, areas of professional interest, and what you are looking for in your next practice environment.
