Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Your dedication to cleanliness and teamwork will help create a welcoming atmosphere, contributing to the overall successful operation of the kitchen.

Duties

  • Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques and return to the proper storage areas.
  • Operate various dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, floors, and storage spaces.
  • Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage the timely collection and disposal of waste and recyclables to keep the workspace tidy.
  • Assist with tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Experience

1-2 years dishwashing experience in large volume establishment.
