About us

Kinetic Transport LTD is a leader in downhole drilling tool logistics. We are currently expanding and looking to hire an experienced Dispatcher immediately. Preference is given to applicants with oilfield experience. Kinetic coordinates a fleet of up-to-date equipment with some of the top drivers in the Grande Prairie area. This position is a 10on/4off schedule, with an on-call stretch of 7 days. The position also offers a large support staff to help with daily operations. The selected applicant must work well in a group setting. Come join our team today!.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries to the drilling rigs
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Use phone systems and other communication tools to relay information effectively
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of freight transportation and logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
