Lead a high-performing Parts Department at an award-winning, family-owned Ford dealership.

We're looking for an experienced Parts Manager who is ready to lead our Parts Department with confidence, organization, and a customer-first mindset. If you're passionate about the automotive industry, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As our Parts Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the Parts Department while working closely with our Service and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the daily operations of the Parts Department.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels and controlling inventory costs.
  • Developing strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers.
  • Supporting and mentoring parts department staff.
  • Working closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need when they need them.
  • Managing purchasing, receiving, returns, warranties, and inventory accuracy.
  • Monitoring departmental performance and identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Delivering the exceptional customer service that Fourlane Ford is known for.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines industry knowledge with strong leadership and people skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive parts experience is required.
  • Dealership experience is preferred.
  • Previous leadership or management experience is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with dealership management software.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service every day.
