About Space Race:
Space Race is a tech-forward company focused on operational efficiency and scalable systems. We’re seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage internal technology operations, support our growing team, and maintain secure, reliable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot internal platforms including Make.com, DocParser, and Odoo
  • Set up laptops and accounts for new employees (Windows and macOS)
  • Manage user accounts in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Enroll and manage mobile devices using Apple-compatible MDM solutions
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and cloud services
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local office network (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
  • Monitor network security and ensure consistent performance
  • Manage local surveillance camera system, including storage and access
  • Apply updates, patches, and IT security best practices
  • Document IT procedures, assets, and workflows

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 admin tools
  • Experience with Apple device management solutions
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier
  • Exposure to video surveillance or physical security systems
