Full job description

Metrobit is a fast growing IT, Security System integrator with head office in Toronto and regional offices in Vancouver and Ottawa. with an expert team of system design and project management we serve high-profile customers such as Universities, Hospitals, Government and law enforcement organizations... with Security Systems, IT infrastructure and Professional Audio Video systems.

As we are further expanding our team we are looking for talented and competent team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation of CCTV, Access control, Alarm and Intrusion systems and equipment
  • Pulling different type of wires such as AV, Ethernet, low voltage electrical
  • Setting up and configuring security devices
  • Installation of Conduits and junction boxes
  • Preparing equipment and accessories
  • Preparing project reports
  • Conducting preventive maintenance of installed systems

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of security systems installation in Canada
  • Familiar with Ontario electrical, Fire and building codes
  • Having experience in Canada
  • Having experience with installation of CCTV cameras and other security systems
  • Full G Driving license with clean diving history
  • Acceptable English language skills
  • Police clearance

Privileged qualifications:

  • Having these certifications are a plus: Axis, Milestone, Genetec, Keyscan, RBH, ICT, Kantech, March Network, DSC, Bosch, Avigilon, Hanwha, Honeywell
  • Having a reliable vehicle for work that can be used for accommodating tool boxes, material, lader... (allowance paid by company)
