Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the technical needs of production: system assembly, testing and burn in, software imaging / deployment
  • Configure and build working prototypes for industrial customers
  • Maintain inventory and interface with shipping/receiving dept.
  • Troubleshooting of systems, sub-assemblies and RMAs.
  • Technical aid during the sales process, including but not limited to interfacing with customers and sales people on design and products
  • Maintain quality processes and continuously improve processes
  • Documenting and updating build procedures.
  • Answer questions and provide support for junior technicians
  • Oversee junior technicians for quality purposes
  • Continually learn new technology in order to better serve the customer

Basic Qualifications:

  • College Diploma (Computer Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ Years experience in Computer Assembly & Repair
  • Experience with deployment of Windows IOT, Windows Pro and Ubuntu.
  • Experience with computer hardware and circuit boards
  • Ability to identify and act on problems
  • Strong communicative ability and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to adapt knowledge to suit the needs of a multitude of industries.
