*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years experience working in an orthodontic office setting and possess strong administrative skills.

*Responsibilities*

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

- Maintain electronic dental records accurately and efficiently

- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing

- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office

*Experience*

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist

- Proficiency in using phone systems, payment systems and handling patient inquiries online

- Knowledge of dental terminology and familiarity with electronic dental records systems

- Experience working in a dental office environment is preferred

- Familiarity with Management software is a plus

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage office tasks efficiently

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
