Full job description

Are you a motivated, organized receptionist that is willing to challenge yourself in your career?

Our growing dental office is searching for an experienced dental receptionist to be a part of our team! At this time, we are looking for coverage at least on Mondays 9am-5pm, Tuesdays 9am-6pm, Fridays 9am-6pm, and Saturdays 9am-4pm with other shifts able to be discussed about. This role will represent our dental office, providing exceptional customer service, supporting practice growth, and creating a positive work environment. Our goal is to create a tight knit team motivated in establishing an amazing dental experience for our patients, having plenty of fun along the way. We look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Utilizing effective communication skills to ensure exceptional customer service for patients

2. Managing patient records, appointments, and communications to ensure a smooth office flow

3. Accurately overseeing and processing payments to patients and insurance to minimize clerical errors and confusion

4. Coordinate with clinical staff, laboratories, and other practices regarding all necessary aspects of patient care and records

Qualifications/Certifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of dental reception experience

2. Experience with Tracker practice management software

3. Communication and organizational skills

4. Speaking Mandarin language will be an advantage due to our patient base
