The Job

You’re not just serving drinks—you’re setting the tone. As a Bartender , you’ll elevate every moment with precision, charm, and an intuitive sense of service. You’ll expertly mix and serve beverages, maintain a polished and professional bar, and engage with guests to create warm, personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression. From perfect pours to personalized recommendations, you’re the go-to for creating a bar experience that’s equal parts flavor, flair, and feel-good vibes.

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests warmly and make genuine connections while crafting beverages with care
  • Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences
  • Share recommendations and drink knowledge to elevate the guest’s experience
  • Anticipate guest needs, offering proactive service and a personalized touch
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and positivity
  • Represent the brand with personality, polish, and pride — every shift, every pour
  • Build rapport with regular and returning guests by remembering preferences and offering personalized service.
  • Take and serve food orders in the lounge area, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and properly prepared at the start and end of each shift.

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1-year previous bartending experience,
  • Must be Smart Serve certified
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Superior employee relations and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Must be flexible to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must posses the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse team environment
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment with co-workers, managers, and guests
