C&T Rentals is a locally owned and operated Winnipeg equipment rental company looking to add a dependable Delivery Driver to our team at our Dugald Road location.

Our drivers are the face of the company, representing C&T Rentals on job sites and with customers across the city. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good morals, and a positive attitude who takes pride in their work.

Position Overview

This position involves delivering and picking up rental equipment using a medium-duty commercial truck (single axle) equipped with a 3-ton crane and roll-off deck. The successful candidate will ensure equipment is delivered safely, set up properly when required, and picked up efficiently from customer job sites.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and pick-up of rental equipment to and from customer job sites
• Setup and teardown of equipment when required
• Safely operate a crane truck and roll-off deck
• Secure loads and ensure safe transportation of equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and safe work procedures
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is transported safely
• Maintain safe work practices when working on construction sites and around equipment
• Complete rental contracts, delivery slips, and pick-up slips clearly and professionally
• Communicate with dispatch and rental staff regarding delivery schedules and job details
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers onsite

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 3 preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 4 years of full-time driving experience
• Ability to read and write legibly and complete delivery paperwork
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

• Experience with construction or industrial rental equipment
• Experience operating crane trucks or roll-off decks
• Familiarity with construction sites and job site safety
• Experience with Transportation of Dangerous Goods

Candidates with construction equipment experience will be given priority consideration.
