Full job description

Rapid Transport is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver for local LTL Pickup & Delivery operations.

What We Offer:

  • $26/hour

  • Home every day
  • Manual transmission truck
  • Samsara ELD and dash camera provided

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 Driver’s License
  • Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience
  • Experience driving manual transmission trucks
  • Clean driving record
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

  • LTL pickup and delivery throughout Montreal and surrounding areas
  • Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Take required photos of truck and trailer before and after shifts
  • Ensure freight is handled safely and securely
  • Maintain accurate logs using Samsara ELD
  • Follow all transportation and safety regulations

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning start
  • Guaranteed hours
